Abstract :
Telecommunications has become a truly global activity. Consequently any college involved in teaching and research in the field of information technology should provide an education which covers the international features of the engineering profession. This article describes the features of the Information Technology syllabus at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Bretagne in France which aim to provide students with a competency in a foreign language and experience of work or study abroad
