Abstract :
A robust fast decoupled power flow method (RFDPFM) is presented. It can effectively handle the systems with high r/x ratio lines and/or depressed bits voltages to yield fast and better convergence. Test results show significant improvement on the convergence in the case that there are high r/x ratios and/or low bus voltages in power systems
