Abstract
It is noted that the result given in eq.(11) of the above named work (see ibid., vol.AP-35, no.4, p.442-4, 1987) is not unique because of the sign. The relation is corrected. In replying P.L. Overfelt corrects eq.(12) and explains the sign convention of the original eq.(11).<>
