  • Abstract
    The comparison decrement method is generalised to apply in both time-domain and frequency-domain analysis. Experimental results are presented to verify the method. The sensitivity of Q-factor measurements can be improved by using the differential averaging technique. High-Q ceramic materials Ba3ZnTa2-xNbxO9 , Ba3MgTa2-xNbxO9 and Ba3Zn1-xMgxTa2O9 and also the Sr3ZnTa2-x-NbxO9, Sr3 MgTa2-xNbxO9, Sr3Zn 1-xMgxTa2O9 family are measured and introduced
