Abstract :
Engineers at one large company in the United States work in an environment that stimulates communication and socializing. Offices are divided by brightly colored, cloth-covered partitions. Many of the employees became EEs because they enjoyed electronics as a hobby, and they find many aspects of their jobs fun. They like to work in groups.
