The 2011 Scott Helt Memorial Award was awarded to Demin Wang. Liang Zhang, Andre Vincent, Phil Blanchfield and Robert Klepko for their papers, "Motion-Compensated Frame Rate Up-Conversion--Part I: Fast Multi-Frame Motion Estimation" and "Motion-Compensated Frame Rate Up-Conversion--Part II: New Algorithms for Frame Interpolation." The papers appeared in the IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting, vol. 56, no. 2, pp. 133-149, June 2010.
