Abstract :
Three sets of waveguide microcalorimeters of K- and Ka-band are described. Included are construction details of the microcalorimeters, operation procedure, and uncertainty analysis. The results of measurements and intercomparisons are presented. The uncertainty analysis shows a total uncertainty including systematic uncertainty and random uncertainty of 0.53-0.68%
