Abstract :
An engineer who was tmng groomed for a high position in his compmiy sat at his desk in disbelief. Top management had rejected his proposal for installing computers in the manufacturing building. How could the managers fail to understand thm computers would bring efficiency and savings? The old way had worked fine, they said, and besides, the computers would cost too much.
