  • Abstract
    Test method for energy consumption is the basis for the matching and component selection of hybrid compression garbage truck, and it´s also the foundation for the fuel economy evaluation. However, the energy consumption test standard for compression garbage truck industry does not exist. This paper designs experiments to obtain the actual compression garbage truck´s driving cycle and mass of load, then clustering method is proposed to construct typical driving cycle based on the experiments. The comparison of characteristic parameters from driving cycles indicates that the constructed driving cycle is similar to the collected driving cycle, and the third-party testing organization´s test report validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed test method.
