Abstract :
This paper introduces a ground test system designed to meet the requirement of a certain type electric wheel mining truck electric drive system. This ground test system is made up of diesel generator set, traction converter, asynchronous motor, braking resistor and their control system. Through the test subjects conducted on this system, performance of the electric drive system is proved. This ground test system can be helpful to accelerate the development process, and provides good environment for the research and test on electric drive system.
