  • Abstract
In the flexible VSC-HVDC, this paper proposed a coordinated control Strategy of generator side Converters based on series-parallel access with DC bus connection structure. Take variable step hill-climbing algorithm suitable for series and parallel access methods enables the system to achieve the purpose of maximum wind power capture in a safe range. Generator side converter take the double closed-loop control strategy by current regulating loop and speed outer loop based on the current loop feed forward control scheme, it can make a single generator improve the speed of response speed tracking and reduces stability state error when the wind speed changes frequently. Moreover, the result of the MATLAB/Simulink simulation proved that the scheme can achieve high efficiency capture of wind energy, the overall system is running stable, and can achieve good coordination control of multi- generator, which could be used to the engineering practice.
