  • Abstract
A panel discussion is presented of the changes in organisms irradiated by weak electromagnetic fields. The panel focuses on the following key questions: What is the most recent evidence for the existence of genetic effects from electromagnetic fields, i.e. effects on the nucleus of the cell? What new effects have been observed on the nervous system, and how do they relate to other effects on cell membranes? What progress is being made to tie experimental results to theoretical models? What new experiments, instrumentation, and approaches would aid in drawing firm conclusions?
