  • Abstract
The characteristic of traction battery is one of the key factors which affect the electric vehicles´ performance. This paper took the ternary material lithium-ion battery as example, investigated the dynamic power and internal resistance at different temperature and DODs. We found that the discharge characteristic changed with different depth of discharge(DOD) and temperature, and the pulse duration can also influenceit, but not the test current rate. At different temperature, the discharge resistance changes with DOD following y=a+b*x^c, and the dynamic power follows y=a+b*x. At different DOD, the discharge resistance follows y=a*x^b, and the dynamic power follows y=a+b*x at specific temperature range.
