Abstract :
The authors describe a control system extension method for software specification and design using the structured analysis for real time (SA/RT) technique. The proposed method makes possible a computer-aided transition from SA/RT models to code. Simultaneously, it makes it obligatory and easy for software designers to create and maintain documentation at the SA/RT level during the whole life cycle of the system. This binding is carried out with a small real-time operating system concept called BOSS (Bubble Operating System of Salora)
