Abstract :
In order to control the process of disconnecting switch(DS)contact movement, eliminate closing bounce, satisfies the requirement of opening and closing speed, the current and speed dual-loop control method was used in the control system to control the motor actuator. The fuzzy control algorithm combined with PID controller was used in speed loop to adjustment of control parameters, to enhance the control accuracy. The experiment was did and results show that combined with fuzzy control algorithm of intelligent control system can make real-time adjustment of the speed of DS to ensure the motion stability and meet opening and closing speed requirements.
