Abstract :
We have developed the PC-NTSC scan converter system LSI that can handle several personal computer video signal formats. This LSI adopts newly developed “multimedia image conversion technology”. The LSI is fabricated in a 0.8 μm rule, two-layer metal CMOS process. This technology allows a wide range of personal computer video signals to be converted to NTSC with no image quality degradation
