Abstract :
To meeting the complex requirement of power control unit (PCU) in fuel cell car, a 36kW interlacing-control Boost Converter is proposed in this paper. The double-closed-loop and interlacing control mode system based on DSP is particularly designed. To improving the efficiency of converter and reducing the ripple current, the technology of multiple current-balancing is introduced. According to the experimental results presented in this paper, the interlacing-control Boost converter could meet the needs of complex control strategies of fuel cell vehicle and actual road test.
