Abstract :
Temperature is one of the important factors that affect the precision of the electromechanical platform system, so it is necessary to study on the thermal analysis. The paper introduced the methods of thermal analysis and the fluid heat transfer analysis software-FloEFD, which is based on CFD. The virtual simulation of temperature control of the system were realized by controlling the power of heat plates in FloEFD. The temperature curves and the temperature distribution of the system were analyzed. There will be certain reference and guiding significance to the design of electromechanical platform system and temperature test.
