Abstract :
AS a small successful business owner, Max was getting depressed over his seeming lack of options to stimulate his business. He seemed to be frozen as to what he could do to get his business moving again. As a seasoned businessman with a staff of six veteran employees who had been with him for many years, Max had weathered recessions before. He and they had plenty of experience in their ability to survive. But this downturn was different. Customers were not coming; creditors were not lending. People who had been in business for years his friends were closing shop. Max was seriously concerned.
