Antenna research activities at K.U. Leuven

Research on antennas has been started at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (K.U.L.) in the division Microwaves and Lasers (M.I.L.) in 1974. Initially, this research was concentrated on microstrip antennas. During the last years other acctivities have been developed too, e.g. antennas for maritime satellite terminals and antenna measurement techniques. To support these research activities, great effort has been spent to create appropriate facilitles for the design, the realisation and the measurements of antenna test structures
