Abstract :
Aimed at fatigue reliability evaluation of vehicle, white noise model for different grade roads was constructed by Simulink, which was the boundary condition of 1/4 vehicle model of two freedoms, and the road roughness model and the vehicle model was verified by combining a part of experimental data. Acceleration of wheel axle on different vehicles speed and pavement roughness characteristics was calculated by the models, the acceleration load spectrum was calculated by rain flow counting, and the effect of vehicle speed and pavement roughness characteristics on pseudo-damage of wheel axle was analyzed.
