  • Abstract
    While implementing the original paper [see ibid., vol. 32, no. 4, p. 1311-20, 1996], the commenting author made the following observation: that there appears an error in the derivation of an equation. The original author admits that there is a derivation error. However, it does not affect the simulation results.
