The two hundred and thirty-first regular meeting of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers was held in the auditorium of the Engineers´ Building, 33 West Thirty-ninth street, New York, Friday, November 13, 1908. President Ferguson called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m.
