Suggestions for the forming of a section and carrying on its work

If it is desired to organize a Section in any locality, a petition, stating such desire, and signed by at least twentyfive Members and Associates residing in the locality, should be sent to the secretary of the Institute for presentation to the Board of Directors. On receipt of the authorization of the Board for the formation of the Section, a call should be issued for a meeting of all who may be interested, and the organization perfected.
