Armour Institute At a meeting of this Branch, held April 26, F. M. Sturgess gave a digest of Dr. Steinmetz´s paper on “Lightning Phenomena in Electric Circuits;” also a digest of Messrs. Rushmore and Dubois´ paper on “Protection against Lightning, and the Multigap Lightning-Arrester.”
