Abstract :
Mr. Frederic Crossgrove Barr, electrical engineer of the Colorado Telephone Company, died at Denver, Colo., May 9, 1907. Mr. Barr was born at Ann Arbor, Mich., May 1, 1877, and was a graduate from the University of Michigan. Alter six months´ experience in the testing department of the General Electric Company and three months in the installation of electric coal mining machinery he was appointed electrician for the Colorado Telephone Company. Mr. Barr was elected an Associate March 27, 1903, and had since taken great interest in matters pertaining to the Institute. He was a young man of rare attainments and gave promise of a brilliant future.
