Abstract :
This letter provides a saturation throughput analysis of DCF by extending the Tinnirello´s model into the non-ideal channel. In contrast to the existing models which also analyze the DCF under the non-ideal channel, our model provides more accurate results owing to taking into account anomalous slots and the freezing of backoff counter.
