Abstract :
Radical innovation (RI) is a high efficient technology innovation for modern enterprises to participate in market competition. The main function substance-field model of product technology system was established after the technology system function decomposition for target product and radical innovation method of product technology system was put forward. The radical innovation technology forecasting was carried out for realizing the product main function technical subsystems based on technology evolution theory and the technology potential state was realized by using CAI software effect tool. Synthesize the mentioned analysis to establish the generation ideas process model for radical innovation. The innovation ideas generation process of the vibration broken dropping pill machine is taken as an example to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
