  • Abstract
    Accumulation and innovation are two hottest topics in the field of technological innovation management because they both make contribute to competitive advantage for firms. This article intends to explore a new term of accumulation law to describe the mechanism that how accumulation of funds, knowledge and talents influence innovation capability. The authors give a law by comparing and combing two related theory, resource orchestration and total innovation management with three laws. These laws enable a more precise understanding of total innovation management within resource-based theory. Then a case study is given to test these laws.
