Abstract
Many problems are existed in complex technology system, and the relationships among them are complicated and interweaved. In order to solve these problems innovatively, a systematic analysis and accurate description is a must for the initial problem situation. Only the problems were extracted precisely, can they be settled efficiently. The pyramidal model, a form of problem flow networks, is built in the process of the analysis of the network of problem. In the model, relationships among problems are clearly described and presented, so that the later networks will be formed based on OTSM theory, therefore problems and contradictions will be solved conveniently by TRIZ tools. A broken belt protector study shows the effective and veracity of the model.
