Abstract :
Browsing the internet the other day, i stumbled upon a webpage with the intriguing title ´Doomed Engineers´ - a welcome change from the numerous articles (the latest - ´Engineering Terror´ - was published in the New York Times magazine on 12 september, 2010) about the disproportionate number of engineers in terrorist and extremist groups.
