Abstract :
The authors present a novel feedback consolidation algorithm for point-to-multipoint available bit rate service in asynchronous transfer mode networks, which aims to achieve a fast transient response while exhibiting low consolidation noise. Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm gives satisfactory results when contrasted with other schemes
