Abstract :
A voltage-controlled hair-pin resonator oscillator (VCHRO) with series feedback properties is designed for K-band operation using a new tuning mechanism. The circuit topology has the following advantages over conventional configurations: (i) low production cost; (ii) compact design because there is no need for a doubler or coupler; and (iii) suitability for MMIC hair-pin resonator applications
