Abstract
The authors propose an access flow control scheme using a simple adaptive linear predictor (ALP). They show that, with a simple linear prediction scheme, better performance can be achieved when compared to the explicit binary (EB) scheme. The ALP scheme also overcomes the input scaling problems encountered in neural network (NN)-based flow control schemes
