Abstract :
The Kennaugh optimal polarisation theory is extended to the multistatic radar case. A mathematical model is presented to maximise the total received power which is the function of the polarisation states of a transmitter and all receivers in a multistatic radar system. A method is provided for obtaining the optimal polarisation states of all the antennas
