Abstract :
The giant magnetoresistance (GMR), structure, and magnetic properties of DC magnetron sputtered (Co90Fe10 9.2 Å/Ag X Å) multilayer films have been investigated. This CoFe thickness is unique in that a Ag thickness and annealing condition dependent transition is observed between layered granular GMR and “discontinuous” GMR behavior
