Analysis on investment efficiency of infrastructure of China under the background of new-type urbanization ??? Based on super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index

Aiming at the problem of inefficiency of infrastructure investment in the process of China´s urbanization, on the basis of summarizing forefather´s research results, this paper analyzed the efficiency of input and output of infrastructure investment of China´s provinces in 2005-2012 using Super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index under the background of new-type urbanization. It comes to the conclusion of the provincial Super-efficiency DEA ranking and changes of decomposing index. Then the changes´ spatial trends and spatial pattern of TFP, Tech, Effch, Sech and Pech are further analyzed, and it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the infrastructure investment of every province to guide the future development of urbanization.
