Abstract :
Based on an analysis of the characteristics of food supply chain and its typical model, this paper puts forward a new model of food supply chain management, namely, Collaborative Service Model, and analyses it in order to ensure the quality of products, improve food supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Finally, through a case study, the paper demonstrates that Collaborative Service Model is reasonable and effective.
