Abstract :
Supply chain collaboration is the core problem of supply chain management, The professional of service brings about the integrated dynamic; the invisible of the service value; the fuzziness, diversity of the catering products and raw materials; the low degree of industrialization and standardization, which requires the ability to integrate effectively between the back-end supply chain and large-scale of personalized customer services with the front end through supply chain collaborative. Which in order to improve coordination between suppliers and manufacturers, suppliers and suppliers, suppliers and customers. This paper is based on the service supply chain operations, supply-driven, supply chain collaboration and intelligent supply chain theory research, combined with a lot of depth investigation, analysis and question sorting, I summed up the structural model of supply chain collaboration services of catering industry and the information technology-based service supply chain collaboration platform that support its operations.
