Happy New Year! I´m afraid I have to start our thirty-first year of publication with an apology: This issue will probaly be a few days late. The culprits were the flu, and the URSI National Radio Science Meeting, all coming between the few days before New Years day and the deadline for this issue. I think you´ll find this issue well worth waiting for, however.
