    Many of you have expertise but get ignored by those in charge. I offer a little unsolicited advice to expert advisors. The archetypal expert is the wise confidante, the advisor who has the ear of an executive decision maker. This expert serves the decision maker and measures much of his or her personal success in terms of access to and influence over that executive
