Bylaws changes

From time to time, amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws (C&BL) of the EMC Society are required in order to maintain their relevance and to align them with the organizational structure of the Board of Directors (BoD). The changes shown below were approved by the IEEE EMC Society Board of Directors and approved by the IEEE. In accordance with the procedures for amending the Constitution and Bylaws, they are being published here. These amendments become effective 30 days after publication unless ten percent of the Society members object. Comments or objections may be sent to: fr.maradei@ieee.org.
