Abstract :
CuInS2/CuS nanocomposite was prepared by a facile microwave approach via a new copper precursor, [bis(salicylidene) copper(II)] sulphate ([Cu(sal)2]SO4), indium chloride, InCl3 and eight sulphur sources. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive analysis of X-rays, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared were employed to characterise the obtained product. The effects of the sulphur source, solvent and microwave power and time on the morphology and size have been investigated. The fill factor, open-circuit voltage (Voc) and short-circuit current (Isc) have been achieved by the I-V curve.
