Abstract
For the proper representation of specimen evolution, the haplotype network is one of the reference graphical modeling tools in phylogenetics and phylogeographic research fields, aggregating high density of mutational information solely by the usage of vertices and edges. Nonetheless, there are several haplotype networks for the same set of data, depending on the selected model of network construction. This article proposes an unified representation of the diverse networks produced - giving new information before inexistent - using adaptive technology and graph theory for its construction.
