  • Abstract
    In the comment, Chen shows that the main results obtained in the paper by Macchi and Moreau (IEEE Trans. Signal Processing, vol.45, p.918-26, Apr. 1997) have been addressed in Chen and Chen (1994). In a reply Macchi and Moreau discuss the points mentioned by Chen.
