Abstract :
APV Baker (Automation Process Division), APV Chemical Machinery and ICI Pharmaceutical Division have jointly developed a complete laboratory fermenter package and its associated control system. The package is marketed by APV Baker. The article looks at the development of the control system which is used by the package.
