Abstract :
The way organizations partner and share information is more than just strategic: it´s mission critical. But, as many e-commerce companies have found, no single model or protocol fits the needs of all types of business-to-business (B2B) relationships. This lack of standardization poses a major challenge to automating B2B content exchange. The author concludes that the future of automation is machine-to-machine communication without human intervention. A scalable, flexible infrastructure is the key to this automation. By using an effective data exchange system, businesses of all sizes can seamlessly communicate with current and future partners with high security, scalability, and reliability
