Abstract
This book is a collection of nine chapters, written by different experts, describing many interesting topics of modern radar. When I was asked to review the book, I accepted the task with pleasure Having ersonally known the authors of the first two chapters for many years, and being aware of their strong and fruitful activity in the radar field, I expected to read a very good piece of work. Now that I have completed reading the whole book, I am even more convinced that a very ood service has been done for the radar community. A e Authors of the other seven chapters, and the readers of this review, will excuse me if I show some partiality: I cannot hide my friendship with Bob Hill and Eli Brookner. Nevertheless, I promise to tell the whole story of this outstanding book.
