Abstract :
Corporate learning is more than just an IT or training issue. The author describes how it permeates every level of the successful modern company. Knowledge and experience acquired in one part of a company should be shared with the other parts. This requires suitable corporate organisation. It is helped by a suitable IT network, but that is no good without a holistic approach
