This paper describes some of the key issues developers must address in a test program set (TPS) rehosting plan. Examples and success stories are used to describe the translation of three legacy test program sets onto modern board test equipment, thereby extending the useful life of fielded systems and preserving the considerable investment made in developing the TPSs
